These terms govern bookings made directly through this website with Campo Raso Lodging (Local Accommodation Registration No. 2576).
Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received (in full or as a deposit, as specified) and a confirmation email containing the booking reference has been sent.
Prices and taxes
The prices shown include all applicable taxes and charges, itemised before payment, including tourist tax where applicable.
Your stay
Guests undertake to comply with the maximum occupancy, check-in and check-out times, and house rules.
Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, consumers may refer the matter to an alternative consumer dispute resolution body. Further information is available at www.consumidor.gov.pt. The Portuguese Complaints Book is available at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.
