Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy applicable to each property is displayed on the property page and in the booking summary before payment, and is recorded in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation requests
You may request cancellation through the “My booking” page or the contact page. Any applicable refund is calculated in accordance with the policy accepted at the time of booking and processed using the original payment method.
Cancellation versus refund
Cancellation releases the booked dates. A refund is a separate transaction, confirmed by email once processed.
